I’m Paul Hilliker, President and CEO of Next Level Anesthesia. With nearly a decade of experience in anesthesia, I’m all about delivering top-notch care to patients of all ages. I am a board-certified nurse anesthetist and hold a Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia. I have worked in diverse settings, including hospitals, endoscopy centers, dental offices, and surgery centers.
I’m honored to have received the prestigious Daisy Award and a nomination for the Florence Nightingale Award. As an active member of the Michigan Association of Nurse Anesthetists, I’m passionate about increasing access to care for all populations, with a focus on safety in the office-based setting. By leveraging technology, medications, and best practices, I aim to elevate the standard of anesthesia care and provide cutting-edge and safe care to every patient.
Off-duty, you’ll find me hanging out with my wife and kids or hitting the slopes. I’m passionate about keeping up with tech and anesthesia advancements to ensure safe, cutting-edge care. My mission? Making anesthesia more accessible and safer for everyone, especially in office-based settings.
